Insurance
I offer receipts or superbills to submit to your insurance carrier to receive all the reimbursement of your individual health plan.  This allows me to maintain confidentiality and the pace and dynamics in our therapeutic relationship, rather than having a third party insurance carrier dictating the parameters of your therapy.  

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
Please be courteous and respectful of my time and appointment availability for others by notifying me at least 24 hours in advance, if you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
